We offer different registrations options:
- Registration for the main conference, including reception and social event (early 390 CHF, late 490 CHF, includes only lunch and coffee breaks, not dinner)
- The dinner at Dampfzentrale will be on 8 Feb 2024. It is optional and needs to be booked on top of your registration (90 CHF).
- Registration for MODEVAR is independent of the main conference (50 CHF, includes only lunch and coffee break, not dinner)
The early registration deadline is 10 Jan 2024, late registration deadline is 31 Jan 2024.
Application for Free Registration
Thanks to our supporters, we can continue the idea of offering free registrations in special cases. Specifically, we offer 5 free registrations for the VaMoS conference to motivated PhD students, post-docs, or other persons with active research interests in VaMoS topics who wish to attend the conference but do not have adequate funding.
Applicants must send an email through the contact form with the subject line: “Application for VaMoS 2024 free registration – [Your Last Name]”. The email should provide the following information:
- A text of max 2000 characters explaining the scientific relevance of the participation at VaMoS 2024 in relation to the applicant’s current scientific development and activities,
- A short CV of max 2 pages including personal data (full name, address, etc.), education (for academic degrees, list the date and year when you obtained the degree), current and most recent employment.
Applications will be evaluated by the general chair (Timo Kehrer) and the PC chairs (Marianne Huchard and Leopoldo Teixeira) and prioritized based on the relevance of the conference participation to the scientific development and activities of the applicant. Further ties will be solved by considering the time of arrival of the application.
